Ten years ago now our company, after about 5 years of learning, studying and working in sponsorship applied what we learned to my On Toby's Terms book launch. More than 40 sponsors... and... thousands of dollars that I did not have to spend- printing - 6 foot standing banners, post cards, posters, book marks, handouts, and more- graphic design- my clothing- my jewellery- event space- sponsored books for everyone- health products- hair cuts- make up- massages (every time I went for a massage it was free!)- nails- eyebrows- clothing accessories looked HOT wherever I went and I didn't have to pay for it
